We would like to introduce you to Burdock a new male horse that joined our team in July! He came to us from World Horse Welfare, a rescue organisation in the UK. Since arriving he has been introduced to our other males Bruce and Homer and our female Meg.
Burdock who was born in January 2015 is a piebald cob gelding and stands 13 hands high from the ground to the top of his withers (shoulders).
Burdock loves getting attention from his keepers and has enjoyed meeting some of our visitors when he is at our Familiar Friends area where he and our other horses rotate from their field.*
