Colchester Zoo has proudly been named as Essex's Best Youth Tourist Attraction by the county's 16- 25 year olds!

The competition was organised by Essex Business School at the University of Essex, in celebration of its new BSc Tourism Management degree and was voted for by young people posting their photos of the their favourite attraction on Instagram! 

We would like to thank all those who shared their photos of Colchester Zoo using the hashtag #essexyouthtourism to vote for us. It is fantastic for Colchester Zoo to be acknowledged for the great day out which we strive to offer visitors of all ages, giving everyone, including 16- 25 year olds, the chance to learn about species from all around the world and the importance of conservation. We wouldn’t be able to assist projects worldwide without the support of our loyal and valued visitors so thank you very much indeed!
